Friday I came home from work to find my Sis Boom winnings in the mail box. I ran home and ripped into the box like a kid on Christmas morning. Already imagining what I would make. First off, the box smelled wonderful, thanks to 2 sachets on top of all the fabrics. They were so cute and instantly took me back to my childhood when my mom would put these in my drawers. I haven't had one since college and I had forgotten how much I like them. Next was the fabric on top... This fabric instantly screamed out to me. I knew it would be my first project, an apron, something I have wanted to make for quite some time but never had the right fabric for it. I wish I could say I have some self control, but by this time I just had to get everything out of that box and see what was all there. So gone were the thoughts I had of taking a photo of each fabric in the box... I took everything over to the sofa and layed it out to see all of it. Here it is.... My Sis Boom Mania. I am so happy. I can not even begin to thank Jennifer over at Sis Boom. I will be making things for a long time with all this fabric. Stop back later in the week for a look at my apron.
